Awesome place to stay. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room on the 4th floor. Room spacious and well appointed, with small balcony King bed was ver comfortable. Bathroom is large with a big shower. Location is spot on, close to malls and main entertainment areas. Easy walk to beach. Night hot spots, bars restaurants Bangla road is very close.

Nothing I didnt like, a little bit of noise but not a problem.

Rooms are clean but reception communication is worst

Location

We booked 5 rooms while checking out they found 1 tea cups was missing & accused straight away us that we took it but same was given to her cleaning staff as one of room key was not working & my friend was in passage having coffee & instead of keeping cup in the room he gave it one of house keeping staff they charged us 300 baht 900 inr for such a cheap coffee cup without checking she just straight accused , we paid but bcoz we were getting late for airport the reception lady was very rude & unprofessional.

Miss my morning call at 6am. Book a ride the night before to the airport and in the morning the reception was not aware.

Great place to stay 👌

Stayed a week, excellent service, great location. Close to attractions and shops. Staff are polite, respectful and helpful. Rooms serviced daily. Breakfast was an added bonus. Only thing missing was a pool.
