Résumé par IAMixed overall: strong location and generally friendly staff offset by serious cleanliness and room quality problems, yielding a mediocre overall impression.

Propreté3,0
Multiple reviews report dirt, rubbish, mold smell and 'super dirty' rooms; cleanliness is a clear negative.
Service8,8
Staff are frequently described as very friendly and helpful; some issues noted (expensive laundry, initial room mix-up) but generally positive service interactions.
Emplacement9,5
Repeatedly praised as a strong point — described as a nice, uncomplicated location and cited as the main positive by several guests.
Chambre4,5
Mixed reports: some rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, but several reviews mention dated facilities, poor beds and furniture falling apart.
Équipements5,5
Pool is a positive feature but there are issues (defective pool tiling); also lacks small in-room amenities (no kettle/coffee).

Know how to clean properly

Staff very friendly.

It's quite dirty and rubbish is everywhere. Typical Thai mentality. Don't know how to clean and doing proper maintenance!

Dont do it !

The location

We arrived from a bike trip and booked 3 nights , we only slept there because we were completely exhausted ... straight left the next morning , worst beds I've seen in a long time , super dirty and the furniture was falling apart ... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else !
