the washbasin was leaking so was the toilet bowl had water all over floor of the bathroom.

Sad, old, grubby hotel

Soft bed.

Very old. Supposed to be 4 star hotel according to Google, and is clearly 2 start or 3 start at best. Grubby bathroom. No toilet paper. Only the 2 pillows. TV cheap old and slow. Room fridge the size of a small dog. No breakfast at all, other than tea and coffee and biscuits, served in a tiny room with chairs and tables akin to a prison.
