apirakVoyage en couple · Dec 27I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well!
The only minor downside is that the location is a little bit out of downtown, but it wasn't a problem at all because Grab service is easily accessible and quick to arrive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

JitwarinVoyage en groupe · Oct 17
EileenVoyage en famille · Aug 24Comfortable, staff friendly. Able to communicate effectively
Good space, though the dining area can be improved to accommodate 4pax. A small problem: there was a cockroach crawling around on the first night. However , the overall is clean and pleasant.
KláraVoyage en couple · Feb 24Personal byl velmi ochotný a milý. Vzdy nám dokázali pomoct a poradit.
ZawiszaVoyage en famille · Dec 9Obsługa znakomita, bardzo pomocna i komunikatywna. Wspaniali ludzie ze szczerym uśmiechem i chęcią pomocy w każdej kwestii
