Résumé par IAOverall positive stays with many guests saying they'd return — friendly staff, good pool and convenient location — tempered by issues with breakfast, occasional rude reception, outdated rooms and some cleanliness/maintenance problems.

Propreté7,6
Mixed reports: several guests said rooms were clean and housekeeping praised, but multiple mentions of elevator odor, ants at breakfast table and a room with a strong smell lowered overall cleanliness impression.
Service8,8
Generally strong: many guests praised friendly and helpful staff (specific praise for a staff member, 'Mr. Wet'), quick assistance and cooperative cleaning staff; isolated reports of rude or aggressive reception staff.
Emplacement8,6
Frequently praised: close to Terminal 21, malls and conveniences, walking distance to attractions and 7‑Eleven; one or two comments noted location a bit far from certain 'action' areas.
Chambre7,5
Mixed to below-average: rooms described as clean and comfortable by some, but multiple mentions of worn/old furniture, dated bathrooms, a room with a strong smell and privacy concerns from a bathroom window.
Équipements8,4
Strong highlight: swimming pool is repeatedly noted as a top feature (family/kids friendly, access to neighboring hotel pool), balconies and TV/YouTube praised; some safety/maintenance notes (broken lifejacket clip, no adult lifejackets).
Rapport qualité-prix7,9
Mixed: several guests felt it was very good value while others said similar hotels offer better quality at the same price; deposit/advance security policies also impacted perceived value.
Restauration7,7
Variable breakfast experiences: some guests called breakfast amazing and well-stocked, others reported poor quality, ants on tables, no coffee machine and generally disappointing breakfast offerings.

Great budget stay for local and international families. Good facilities and good location

We enjoyed the room and facilities. Hotel J residence is part of a complex of two other hotels, J hotel and J inspired and we were allowed to use the facilities of the other building where they have a nice pool for kids and indoor AC playground. Our triple room was large in size and had a direct pool access which was a nice surprise. There was a small fridge and a microwave. Internet in the room was reliable. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk to T21 and there is 7-eleven right in the street corner, very convenient. All in all a great budget stay for families
