GuillaumeVoyage en solo · Aug 22L’emplacement et les chambres. Une partie du personnel est très serviable. Nous y avons mangé le soir et la cuisine est correcte. Le café est également très bon.
Une personne à l’accueil ne souhaite en aucun cas aider. J’ai posé la question pour du linge et pour une confirmation de transfert, elle n’a clairement pas voulu faire le nécessaire. Concernant le petit déjeuner, en tant que français je recommande d’aller les prendre à l’extérieur : tout est réchauffé (continental breakfast). Nous l’avions mis dans la réservation, mais ne l’avons testé qu’une fois... Il est dommage de voir les touristes faire le nettoyage de la plage plusieurs fois par jour sans l’aide des employés qui sont bcp sur leurs portables. Je comprends que ce ne soit pas leur job mais il faut penser a proteger un aussi bel endroit. De plus, les chiens des voisins viennent tous les soirs faire leurs besoins en face de la terrasse de l’hôtel...

No pool, but that was not the end of the world.

Bei Westwind wird viel Mist angespült. Aber mehrmals am Tag weggeräumt.

Staff wasn't nice. I got eyes rolling when I asked for another can of insect repellent because the one that was in my room was empty and I had a full blown invasion of sand flies. Breakfast is what it is - even a single cube of ice is not an option apparently. Didn't really try the restaurant because it didn't have much choice especially for vegetarians. It might be that it was the end of the season, but most people there seemed really annoyed and it felt awkward to ask anything. They do diving but apparently you don't need a licence, they give you some morning training and then good luck... Didn't feel very safe.

We had a view of the ocean (most don't have this so check this when you book) and it was lovely. The resort is small and has a lovely feel to it with helpful staff, and surrounded by greenery. The lack of pool is no problem as the beach is right there! They provided loungers etc, and the restaurant/bar is great too.
It was all good!
