The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. The accommodation had a great atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a lush garden by the riverside, a nice swimming pool, and a gym. The overall environment was peaceful and serene.
Overall the stay was good. However, the place is abit far from central. Staff was friendly.
Great staff and vegetation. Makes you feel calm. Amenities are a bit dated. WiFi may go down at times.
We loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. The property is beautiful and calm and the staff is incredibly attentive and kind. They were hit hard by the flooding in October 2024, but they have done incredible work to repair the facilities. When we were there (early Nov 2024) the pool was open and only the garden next to the river was closed while they re-grow the turf. We are 2 adults 2 young kids and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for us.
