The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Everything was handled quickly and with great care. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back.

The communication at check in wasn’t the best. We booked the hotel months ago and hadn’t remembered breakfast was included, they didn’t give us the info and we didn’t find out until our final morning. When we gave the feedback at check out they didn’t apologise for it, it’s like they didn’t believe us which wasn’t nice
BENJAMINVoyage en solo · Oct 14צוות מדהים ואדיב בצורה יוצאת דופן שעוזר בכל דבר. בריכה גדולה ונעימה, חוף צמוד של המלון עם אפשרות לקחת קייק וsup, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. נקי ומסודר. חדר כושר מאובזר. ערסלים, ומשחקי ספורט (בדמינטון, כדורגל) בדשא.
החדר המקורי שקיבלנו היה בקומה שנייה, עם טיפוס של 20-30 מדרגות (ללא מעלית). אחרי שביקשנו לעבור קיבלנו חדר קרקע עם מרפסת - נח בהרבה. המיקום בכפר הדייגים מצוין, אבל יחסית למלונות אחרים הוא קצת יותר רחוק ממרכז העניינים של שוק הלילה וכו' (כ10 דקות הליכה, לא נורא).
