The hotel is really beautiful, the staff are so nice and welcoming, very nice breakfast. The check in process by the staff was very special ❤️

The room was so basic and underwhelming that we were disappointed. Compared to the outside and to the cost of it and to the level of 5 star resort.

The hotel is so beautiful, super friendly staff, great kids club, amazing location

I would definitely recommend the hotel but it's important to know there are a lot of accessibility issues- standard rooms require 20ish stairs climb, getting to the beach or boardwalk requires to lift the stroller.. Just be prepared for a bit of a workout if you're with a baby

Nice staff and location

Staff were nice, breakfast was amazing, guilty restaurant was nice etc. The overall “vibe” with the jungle theme and fire etc was lovely. Location was great too with a very short walk to coco tams and other higher end establishments. The area felt very different (in a good way) to the rest of the island.

You are paying for service and vibe not facilities. Considering the nightly rate the pool and general activity facilities are well undersized. Oh and make a proper latte with breakfast not a super auto machine button press c’mon guys.
