Amazing employees! Really accommodating.

Eu escolhi esse hotel pelas comodidades (ginásio, a vista da piscina). Pena que não pude aproveitar às máquinas do gym e da piscina, porque eu sempre estava na rua, devido ao fácil acesso dos principais locais de atração e eu ia a pé a maioria das vezes. Voltarei para próxima concerteza. Local conveniente para quem não quer ouvir barulho e quer estar perto do metrô e do centro

This was my second time staying at The Quarter Ploenchit by UHG, and I honestly have nothing negative to say about the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok. The room we had was facing the street, so there was quite a bit of street noise, especially from bikes. Personally, I didn’t really mind it because you’re in Thailand and some street noise is expected, but I really appreciated that the hotel provided earplugs for sleeping. I didn’t end up needing them, but it was a very thoughtful touch. The staff were exceptional at any time of the day and always happy to help with anything we needed. I especially want to highlight the cleaning staff, who were some of the nicest people. Our room was cleaned extremely well every single day, and they always made sure we had fresh towels, plenty of toilet paper and bottled water. It was genuinely one of the best housekeeping experiences I’ve had. The hotel also has a really nice buffet breakfast on the B1 floor, and there is now a Lawson 108 convenience store inside the hotel, which is super convenient. The rooftop pool was another highlight. It has a really nice view, plenty of sunbeds, and clean towels available. The pool was very clean and stays open until 10 PM, so you have plenty of time to enjoy it, even after spending the day exploring Bangkok. There’s also a gym if you want to get a workout in. Overall, I had a really good experience here, which is why I came back for a second stay. The staff, cleanliness, facilities and overall service were all excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back again the next time I’m in Bangkok!

The hotel is located near 7-11 as well as various restaurants and services.

The room is rather small.

Someone was smoking from another room. I called down to say that my entire room smelled like smoke upon bedtime. They offered to spray my room which would make it smell like smoke and perfume spray. I told them upon checking out the same thing. I was very suprised that I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation. I was basically awake from my room that smelled like a nightclub. I’ve worked many years in a hotel, and when you have a customer saying this, you note it, report it to the manager and talk to the customer in the morning for apologies and compensation.

موقعه رائع والطاقم لطفاء جدا والفندق نظيف والافطار محدود ولكن لذيذ ويوجد ماركت صغير اسفل الفندق ومسبح في السطح

نظافة الفندق وسرعة اجراءات الدخول وخدمة تنظيف الغرف وبعده عن مكان الازعاج ويوجد تحته كوفي ومغسلة وافطار محدود لقائمة الحلال ولكن يفي بالغرض وايضا تحت ماركت صغير والاجمل الطاقم رائع ومددت لمرتين متتالية وسوف يكون خياري الاول والدائم
