L’emplacement est top, service de navette gratuite pour aller à la plage, très calme, piscine top, on a même vu un singe, beaucoup d’écureuil et un varan

Manque d’équipements (bouilloire, frigo), matelas vraiment peu confortable et la douche fonctionnait pas bien

The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. The area is quiet and not too crowded, so there were no disturbances at night. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

However, I had an unpleasant experience with one staff member who seemed rather arrogant. I noticed that she was much friendlier when serving male customers, but her attitude towards me was noticeably less welcoming. I hope the staff can maintain a consistent level of friendliness and professionalism

Construction by the pool. I learned this from reviews too; the room was too small for 3 people.

Immersed in nature

Paul was being renovated at the time so we couldn’t use it. The bed was a mattress on the floor. There was nothing in the room except for a bed a bathroom which looks like a public toilet and a bench geckos kept constantly coming into our room. there was no fridge hairdryer etc and the breakfast was not very nice and flooded

The location was beautiful and that’s what initially sold me. The staff were so friendly and made my partner and I feel very comfortable and special with their customer service!

I booked a full body massage and coming from western culture, I wasn’t too sure what this entailed - I could’ve done more research but I believe more transparency would’ve been nice. I ended up having a male masseuse and I am female, I asked if there was a female that could massage me but he said there wasn’t anyone available. I think what could make this hotel even better would be the option/choice of gender of masseuse!

O que mais gostámos foi o facto do conceto. Ser no meio das arvores.

Num dos nossos quartos tivemos um problema com a agua quente, ou era muito fria ou muito quente, nao dava para temperar. Informamos a recepção e primeiro disseram que era normal, o que nao era porque tinhamos mais dois quartos onde isso nao acontecia. O pequeno-almoço é muito fraco e limitado porque temos de escolher entre 4 opcoes e apenas difere o tipo de ovo. No final pedimos a possibilidade de fazer latter check out ou o que fazem em muitos hoteis é terem um quarto disponível para podermos aproveitar a piscina uma vez que o check out é as 12 e o transfer as 18:00, informaram que nao tinham quartos disponíveis. Mas a realidade é que nao vimos ninguem a fazer check outs e o hotel estava apenas com mais 2/3 casais. Sentimos ma vontade
