Avis des clients de l'hôtel

8,3Très bien · sur 7 797 avis

Résumé par IAOverall positive: multiple guests called the stay excellent or very good and named the hotel a favorite, despite a handful of cleanliness and access issues.

Propreté6,6
Mixed: several guests praised general upkeep, but specific issues were reported (dusty curtains, bath towels with black stains), lowering the cleanliness score.
Service8,6
Generally positive: staff described as helpful and kind; some service lapses noted (incorrect charge for water at checkout, unclear communication about Club Sky Lounge access, handling of large groups in the bar).
Emplacement7,6
Mixed sentiment: some guests called the location perfect, while others noted it is less convenient than it looks on the map (longer walks, taxi delays), so slightly below average.
Chambre9,3
Very positive: rooms described as modern, spacious with large king bed, nice views and quiet; strong room quality impression.
Équipements8,4
Mostly positive: large, clean pool with towels and loungers praised; some negatives (steam room odor, restricted Club Sky Lounge access, loud groups by pool/bar) moderate the score.
Rapport qualité-prix8,0
Moderate to good: fair bar prices and excellent breakfast support value, but unexpected charges (water) and unclear paid access to club facilities reduce perceived value.
Restauration9,2
Strongly positive: restaurant and breakfast buffet repeatedly praised (wide selection, high quality, good juices/drinks); bar beverages also described positively.

For a couple of days this place is fine.

We liked the location and its centrality to many restaurants and transport. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The room photo did not match what I had booked on Booming.com. We had no view as we were on the 2nd floor. Also, the breakfast was just alright. I wish they would have had better tea.
