Тренажер один был сломан, за 2 недели проживания поломка не была устранена. Изначально было важно наличие качественное фитнес-зала, так что в этом плане я разочаровался. Один раз после сильного дождя в ванную пробрался огромный таракан. Обозначил проблему персоналу, так что все было устранено очень быстро. Я не стал бы это называть "минусом" ,т.к. понимаю, что это происходит ввиду климата, но было неприятно в отеле 5* такое видеть.
PeterVoyage en couple · Sep 12The location is excellent, with shops within easy walking distance. The location on the beachfront is second to none. The facilities at the Ramada are fantastic. Great food, with the buffet breakfast the best I have experienced anywhere. Last but not least, as always, all of the staff were amazing!
There was nothing about the property to complain about.
ShiraVoyage en solo · Sep 6Everything. The staff are absolutely amazing, kind and helpful, the house keeping - so sweet! The rooms are very spacious and although its a big resort, its veery easy to walk around. The pool is perfect, the bar as well. We were 3 rooms and enjoyed so much...
The only thing I would say can easily get better is- coffee - the machine in the breakfast is not good... and the pool table - was missing parts :) very easy to solve...

The room is clean and new, and the staff are very enthusiastic, especially Anoya, Wawa. The food is also very delicious. Definitely worth coming back to and recommending!

A little expensive for what it is. Water pressure shocking and shower disappointing for this reason.
ErezVoyage en solo · Aug 24בריכה מפוארת מול הים. מתחם ספורט עם חץ וקשת וטרמפולינה וכדור נוצה. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת עם צוות.נהדר. שירות נעים מאוד מצוות הקבלה וגייסון המנהל.
לא ידענו שצריך לשים פיל על המיטה עבור החלפת מצעים. רק אחרי 3 ימים הבנו זאת כשהמנקה נתנה לנו פרס 2 שייקים בגין אי דרישת החלפת מצעים.
