CorneliaVoyage en solo · Mar 2Absolutely 🤍 Here is your warm, heartfelt, I’ve been coming to Koh Phangan for many years, and I keep booking Sea Garden Resort 2 in Srithanu again and again — because it simply feels like home to me. The highlight is definitely the long infinity pool with the most stunning ocean view. It’s the perfect place to relax, swim, and watch the sunset. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the staff is always incredibly kind and friendly. There’s a spacious lobby area to sit and relax, and a lovely air-conditioned bistro where you can work comfortably. The food there is delicious, and it’s a great spot to spend a few hours with your laptop. The resort offers different room categories. The bungalows are beautiful with their own terraces, but I personally love booking one of the stylish rooms — they are spacious, beautifully decorated and large enough to have space for a yoga mat and a comfortable work setup. Housekeeping comes every second day with fresh towels and bed linen, and complimentary drinking water is provided daily. Another big plus: there’s a large parking area for scooters, and the location is very easy to access — directly on the main road, no steep or wild hills to climb. It’s incredibly convenient. Because I’ve stayed here so many times, it truly feels like my home away from home. I always book the same room — and I’m sure I’ll continue coming back for many more years. Highly recommended from the heart 👐🏻✨💗
My room was quite near to the street. But I knew that before & was prepared with earplugs 🙏🏻

There were constant renovations near the pool and around the rooms, to the point that it seriously disrupted a pleasant stay. The hotel was not clean and not properly maintained. The staff made no real effort to help and did little beyond handing over the room key.

The pool was filthy and you could not swim in it with the slime on the bottom and algae floating over the top. The hotel van that picked us up was dirty and marked our clothes with dirt. The property is located on a hill and to get to the bungalows you have to walk down step hill with very poor lighting so not suitable for anyone with injuries. We are now trying to get a refund for the 2 extra night paid for but not used. In my option grossly overpriced for the facility would NOT rebook

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and it often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic requests took far too long to be addressed, if at all. I would not recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning.

NiviVoyage en couple · Feb 8לא אהבנו , לקחנו וילה דלוקס קיבלנו בקתה בתוך העצים הצוות היה ממש לא אדיב הם רצו לקחת לי על זה שעל המגבת שלי הייתה אלוורה - ירוקה קנס תשלום של 500 באט .. לא ראיתי דבר כזה מיימי , לא אחזור .

Tu się mogę rozpisać. 1) Po pierwsze zostaliśmy wprowadzenie w błąd. Hotel podaje rozmiar pokoju na 66m2 na bookingu a w rzeczywistości to zaledwie 30m2. To istotne dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Chcieliśmy zmiany pokoju albo zwrotu części kosztów ale hotel miał nas w nosie a potem ścigał nas za stłuczoną szklankę… 2) prywatna plaża a raczej jej całkowity brak - kamienie/gruz i sterta materiału do budowy na środku. 3) w basenie odstające lampy i kable na wierzchu ale to Tajlandia więc mamy z tym luz. 4) remont w trakcie - od wczesnych godzin porannych hałas wiertarek, młotków itp. Fajnie byłoby wiedzieć wcześniej, że w tym terminie obok naszego domku będzie takie coś. Relaks niestety tylko poza hotelem. 5) brak ciszy nocnej na terenie hotelu, recepcja zamknięta od 22 do rana. A na terenie hotelu impreza noc w noc. Kto ma dzieci ten wie co znaczy niewyspane dziecko następnego dnia. Nie mówię o nas. Wszelkie uwagi hotel miał w nosie. 6) nie otrzymaliśmy dodatkowej kołdry dla dziecka o którą prosiliśmy. 7) może głupie ale jednak - 3 wody na 4 osoby i jeden papier toaletowy. Raz poprosiłem o jeden extra to mnie olali. Wziąłem sobie z publicznej toalety gdy nam zabrakło. 8) obsługa pracująca za karę, zero tajskiego uśmiechu, uczynności, tylko formalności i koniec. 9) hotel martwy, nic się nie dzieje, restauracja pusta, w ciągu dnia więcej obsługi niż gości, czuliśmy się obserwowani. 10) śniadania masakra a cena kosmos - nie wiem jak można schrzanić śniadanie w Tajlandii gdzie oni są mistrzami jedzenia… 11) pokoje to ciemna nora, nieszczelna ale to normalne w Tajlandii. Na ciepła wodę czeka się kilka minut. Jak się nie włączy klimatyzacji to straszny zapach stęchlizny. 12) Sprzatanie raz na 3 dni w pokoju uważam za spory minus.
