There was a small patio where you could sit and have your tea or coffee and the refrigerator was quite large, so you could stock up on drinks and snacks. The room was kept very clean. The TV was a good size and easy to access Netflix. There are food stalls next door and multiple restaurants just a short walk away.

ChutinthonVoyage en solo · Aug 9I like all. Charming guesthouse in the old town, spacious room with comfy bed and big bathroom with lovely little balcony. The housekeeping clean the room every day. The owner is very kind and helpful. Wondeful location! Feel authentic & local vibe of Chiang Mai.

JessicaVoyage en couple · May 31The outside of the property was really nice and available for us to just chill. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. It was nice that there was a small balcony because it allowed us to get fresh air.
Minor thing was that the shower didn’t have hot water, but not sure if we just didn’t know how to turn on the hot water. Other than that, everyone was really welcoming and kind. we loved it here
