Très bien · sur 3 134 avisRésumé par IAMixed experiences: many guests appreciated location, friendly staff and large rooms, while others cut stays short due to cleanliness or bed issues; overall impression skews positive because of value and location.
Propreté6,0
Multiple reports of dirt, cockroaches, dirty balconies and inconsistent room cleaning (some guests reported not cleaned once); some guests did note the hotel was clean — overall cleanliness is below expectations.Service9,8
Many reviews praise friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in and attentive service; a few reports of surly receptionists and language barriers are noted but the prevailing sentiment is very positive.Emplacement9,9
Location repeatedly described as excellent, central and near activities; this is one of the most consistently praised aspects across reviews.Chambre6,2
Rooms are often spacious but many guests reported very hard beds, noisy fans, poor bathrooms (shower wetting the room), outdated fittings and mismatched photos; condition is mediocre.Équipements6,5
Several mentions of pools closed for renovation, broken/jacuzzi in poor condition, lack of safes and limited in-room amenities — facilities are inconsistent and under renovation at times.Rapport qualité-prix9,8
Multiple guests called the hotel cheap and good value for the price despite shortcomings; several reviewers felt the price-to-location/service balance was strong.Restauration9,5
Sparse mentions overall but the onsite restaurant was specifically praised as very good with great staff; limited other comments on F&B.

Leigh958Voyage en solo · Oct 8Excellent location as many restaurants, cafes, small open-air bars and shopping. Good transport with small ' bhat buses ' every 5 minutes during daylight hours. The Staff phoned for a bolt taxi to the airport at 4.10 am and it arrived within 10 minutes
The mattress was as hard as a concrete floor.
