It is an easily accessible area, and not a far walk from the old city. The staff is extremely forthcoming. Would like to mention the concierge KRITT, who gave us very good tips and assistance. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable beds. The pool has a fantastic mountain view.

The hotel is modern, clean, and felt very comfortable after its recent renovations. The location is ideal for a family. You can walk right out into the Night Bazaar for food and souvenir shopping in the evening, which the kids loved. The old city is also very close by, so you never have to travel far with the children to see the sights. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Everything was kept spotless. The breakfast buffet has a massive selection with plenty of options, so even picky eaters will find something they like. The staff was very welcoming and helpful toward families, making our stay very relaxed. Overall, a great, upscale, and centrally located hotel that is perfect for a family trip to Chiang Mai. Highly recommended!
