Window was broken

Three weeks before our stay, we sent an inquiry about the possibility of our eight-year-old son staying in our room and that we wouldn't need an extra bed for him. Unfortunately, we didn't receive a response, and upon arrival, we had to pay extra for him. If we had received a response, we would have booked a hotel elsewhere. The room turned out to be uncleaned and unwashed. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable. If anyone expects breakfast, it's poor.
