The staff, especially the receptionists, were not friendly or welcoming. During our stay, we often felt as though we were not welcome guests. Simple greetings, eye contact, or even a smile were missing most of the time. A more positive and hospitable attitude from the staff would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Het water van de douche liep heel onregelmatig en ging afwisselend van koud naar warm. Dat was iets minder aangenaam.
