Avis des clients de l'hôtel

8,3Très bien · sur 530 avis

Résumé par IAMostly positive stay driven by service, location and value; some negatives (noise, occasional cleanliness issues, amenities/room service) temper the overall score.

Propreté8,0
Generally reported as clean with daily housekeeping and towel changes, but isolated complaints (German review saying 'Es war dreckig' and balcony bird droppings) lower the score slightly.
Service9,2
Consistently praised — staff described as super friendly, helpful, hotel manager went above and beyond; a standout positive in many reviews.
Emplacement9,0
Repeatedly noted as convenient/strategically located near restaurants, nightlife and walking distance to beach/nightlife; easy for drivers to find.
Chambre8,5
Rooms commonly described as comfortable with soft beds, working AC and fridge; some rooms are small and there are noise/chair-leg complaints and occasional issues with elevators.
Équipements7,5
Limited amenities noted — no pool, elevator downtime, and requests for a coffee/chill bar; basic in-room amenities (fridge, AC) worked well.
Rapport qualité-prix9,4
Very strong consensus that the hotel offers excellent value for money across multiple reviews and repeat guests.
Restauration7,0
Few mentions — room service was slow/understaffed and guests asked for coffee bar; F&B offerings appear limited or inconsistent.

I love P'Mam so much.

I want to thank P'Mam for being there at night and taking care of me all along. And everyone was lovely and very friendly. I will definitely go back again.
