A very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, insects, inconvenient access to the rooms, and unacceptable customer

Nothing in particular. The overall experience was disappointing.

The hotel was dirty and had insects. There was no elevator, and the rooms were located very high up. The reception closed at 9 PM, which was inconvenient. The customer service was poor, and the receptionist tried to take advantage of us regarding our bookings.

The view from this place was really good. It also had a small pool, though we didn’t get a chance to use it because we were short on time. The hotel is not very far from the village as well.

The cottages were a little small, and reaching the room required a short climb. However, the climb was understandable given the good view from the windows and balcony. Overall, it was a good stay

My 1st Phi Phi Island Stay

My room A15 was right by the pool and the view was absolutely stunning I stayed for a week and didn't get bored of waking up everyday to that paradise. The location is very close to Tonsai Village just a 5 minute walk. The man that works there is a very nice man always so happy to assist you and great conversation.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the location is having to hike up a narrow stairway that is very steep. By the time you get to your room you are wrecked 🤣

Super nice

Monkey mornings were the best in our experience. The view is really incredible from high floors. The host were so friendly and helpful . Would highly recommend for a good stay in koh phi phi 🤍

Good location

Location was great, views of the island were lovely and the balcony was very useful. Room was clean and bathroom was clean.

Pretty noisy, we had noisy neighbours on the right side playing music into the early hours of the morning which was frustrating but ultimately not something the accommodation can control

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super

Der „Transfer“ vom Pier war sehr zuvorkommend (unser Gepäck wurde getragen). Der Pool war auch schön:)

Teilweise unangenehmer Geruch und die Terrassentür ging nicht komplett zu.

Excellent view, could see both bays, helpful staff, grateful for assistance with luggage.

Too many stairs, calves died, but this is just a fair warning, it's worth it if you can do it. Main issue: the lighting sucks, it was so dim and dull and for some reason they had no handwash?
