MartinVoyage en solo · Aug 8I love this hotel. Been there a few times. Great staff, very friendly atmosphere. Close to Krabi night market.
XiaoliVoyage en solo · Apr 17
AldridgeVoyage en couple · Apr 13Very friendly and helpful staff.
EmmaVoyage en couple · Mar 30Night market is nearby and we enjoyed tiger cave temple. The check in and out were hassle free. Air conditioning worked and we were provided water bottles + toilet paper each day.
Everything in the room was a bit dirty, stains on bedding and towels. Also dusty stuff in the bed (we think it was not changed before we arrived). We found a cockroach in our room when we checked in and we told reception, they just gave us some bug spray and left us. The staff barely speak english which is okay but don't go to reception without google translate on hand. Cafe downstairs is nice we went on our way out but we got kicked out while waiting until our flight (we were there for a few hours just sat in the corner and we had ordered food and drinks, so thought we weren't being a problem). Felt observed every time we entered and left the building, and every time we wet downstairs the staff would be on the phone and were more interested in that than being helpful. You also can't close the door from the outside without the key which is quite strange but not terrible.
JoshuaVoyage en famille · Mar 25The staff was amazing, super helpful and housekeeping did an amazing job. There was a cute coffee shop in the lobby with great coffee. The location was close to markets, restaurants, and shopping. The room was comfortable.
Nothing
Also leider nicht empfehlenswert
NinaVoyage en solo · Mar 9Very nice rooms and reception open 24/7. Quiet, but not far from det center. Some nice restaurants nearby.
RamyaVoyage en solo · Mar 9Bed was comfy
No lift to carry luggage. Lot of rules and policies where you cant even order and eat foods in the room.
TomeVoyage en famille · Feb 27Krabi is nice not so party town. Hotel is near night markets...and close main turist streets. Taxi to Ao Nang is not expensive...you can rent scooters
