I would also like to express my disappointment with Ing, the Front Office Manager, whose attitude and manner of communication were extremely unprofessional and impolite. She appeared to have little understanding of the benefits offered by Booking.com to Genius Level 3 members. When I explained that my reservation included the Late Check-Out benefit, her response was that the hotel did not recognize or honor these benefits. I find this attitude unacceptable, especially when guests book through a platform that offers specific benefits to its loyal members. As a result of this disappointing experience and the unprofessional way I was treated, I have decided that I will not return to this hotel in the future, nor will I recommend it to others.

Estupendo
