Satisfactory level far below standard. Request booking.com to review hotel quality more stringently

Location was okay. Neighbourhood was peaceful.

Service quality & facilities poor. TV did not work at all. No wifi for more than 24 hrs. Bed linen torn, bathroom hand shower broken. Room curtains dirty & had stains. No electric kettle & hair dryer provided. Room service only available from 2-6 pm (odd hours). Soap dispenser near wash basin empty. Staff response poor.
