worthy economic budget staying on some distance from the historic centre of Chiangmai.

It is very nice and cute place for those, who do not wish to stay in the very centre of town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice mornings of evenings besides of the river.

The distance from the centre is not so long - but still it is. And it is doable mainly by taxi (or walking if that is ok with the client).

Exceptional food and drinks but more of bar/restaurant than hotel set up

The food and drinks at the property were exceptional. Truly delicious and the staff were friendly. Needed to use translation on Google for communication occasionally, but it was still very pleasant.

The images were clearly taken when the property had been freshly painted, so it wasn’t as clean looking as it is in the images and the pool is very small and narrow but fine for my young children. It would have been good if there was some lounge seating outside as it’s more set up as a bar/restaurant style, rather than a hotel. Something to consider if you want down time.
