Avis des clients de l'hôtel

8,9Très bien · sur 430 avis

Résumé par IAOverall sentiment is very positive: many 'great stay' comments, guests saying they would return and staff/cleanliness/value made stays memorable.

Propreté9,5
Consistently praised across reviews: rooms and ensuites described as spotlessly clean, towels and bedding of good quality; multiple guests explicitly noted high cleanliness.
Service9,6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, highly cooperative and attentive (warm welcomes, helpful housekeeping practices and complimentary morning coffee/snacks), contributing strongly to positive stays.
Emplacement7,7
Mixed feedback: conveniently close to restaurants and the city centre for some (10–15 min walk), but several guests found it somewhat far from main roads/tour pickup points and noted caution needed walking in nearby streets.
Chambre9,3
Rooms described as large, well designed, comfortable beds, quality bedding, balconies and useful in-room facilities (fridge, kettle). Some isolated issues: occasional shower pressure/drain problems and occasional noise from neighbours or aircraft for very light sleepers.
Équipements8,4
Good basic amenities: complimentary morning coffee/snacks, well-maintained room supplies and daily replenishment, in-room fridge/kettle. Not a luxury-amenity hotel but offerings meet guest expectations.
Rapport qualité-prix9,5
Multiple guests explicitly called price-to-quality excellent or very competitive; repeated comments that the hotel offers strong value for the rate paid.
Restauration7,9
Breakfast and complimentary coffee/snacks were appreciated, though some guests wanted more variety/choices; overall positive but not outstanding.

Nothing to complain about, for some maybe it's not the most walkable area
