Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Alanna. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bien préparés et servis avec une courtoisie exemplaire. Nous avons aimé tout le personnel à la réception mais une mention spéciale à la charmante Phung une jeune dame amicale et généreuse de son temps. Bravo

It’s a pity that there is much noisy during my stays.

The staffs are all very helpful and friendly， all are polite.

My room, 102, is right next to the restaurant next door. People are still drinking and making a lot of noise at night. I haven’t been able to sleep properly for the past three nights because of the noise.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, including a living room, a kitchen, and a washing machine. The location is quite good as well. There's a 7-11 right next door, and the Nimman area is within walking distance. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The running water quality isn't the best, so you may want to bring a travel showerhead.

床睡起來很舒適，早餐很棒，重點是服務人員超親切

一進房發現浴室地墊有假睫毛，房間靠馬路算是蠻吵，隔音應該要再做更好，雖然還是可以睡得著，但是車的聲音還是會聽到。浴室水壓不穩定，才洗兩位後面的人洗水壓會變小甚至變冷。

The front desk team was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and its excellent selection. Both the wait staff and housekeeping were outstanding. we loved the room. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious.

3房3衛加上一個獨立按摩池客廳、餐廳很大，非常適合一群朋友出遊房間也算新，可以洗衣服、自己烹調食物早餐可以選在咖啡廳或房間吃 7-11、星巴客在旁邊服務人員很棒

連續住宿太多天，早餐會有點膩美式咖啡不好喝
