Koenji Guest House & Bar Chiang Mai

スタッフの方も親切で、お部屋もバストイレも非常に綺麗です。 1泊しかできませんでしたが、宿泊者の方とも交流しやすく楽しい滞在でした。 またチェンマイに来る時は利用させてください！！

The place is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are kind and welcoming, so you can feel safe and relaxed. There’s also a bar at the entrance where you can enjoy drinks and meet new people in the evening. I especially recommend this place if it’s your first time visiting Chiang Mai. 清潔で、生活に必要なものも揃っています。 スタッフの方も親切で、安心して過ごすことができます。 バーが入り口にあるので、夜お酒とコミュニケーションを楽しむことができます。 チェンマイに初めて来た方には特におすすめです。

女子専用フロアがあるのは良いが4階で、エレベーターもないので荷物が重い時や疲労困憊の時はキツイ。 2泊したが1泊目の夜からWi-Fiが繋がらなくなり結局チェックアウトまで使えなかった。 そして常にフロントに人がいないので事情がわからない。「故障中」などの告知もない。 ドライヤーはあるが、使えないコンセントがあったりと施設のメンテがされていない。せめて使えないならその旨張り紙でもしておいて欲しい。 キッチンに電子レンジはあるがカトラリー類が一切ない。お箸は要持参。キッチンペーパーも無くなってしまったが前述の通り誰も人がいないので尋ねることすらできない。 敷きベッドシーツはあるが掛け布団がない。ロッカー内に薄っぺらい毛布が入っていたがシーツはなく、衛生面が不安。

オーナーさんが日本人なので、初めてのタイ＆初めてのゲストハウスでも安心でした。スタッフもほかの宿泊者の方々も、あたたかく歓迎してくれました！2階のコワーキングスペースで仕事もでき、屋上でのんびりして、夜は1階のバーで交流して、最高の滞在になりました。 洗濯機も備えてあり、屋上に干せるのもありがたいです。備え付けのドライヤーがRefaなのも推しポイント。 ドミトリーのロッカーは鍵付きで、40リットルのバックバックが余裕で入ります。 またチェンマイに行くときには必ず利用したいです。

チェンマイ駅から近く、旧市街にも歩いていける立地

日本人オーナーが経営しており日本人が欲しいと思うものが大体ある。設備はとても綺麗で清潔感があり、ベッドもふかふかで快適だった。一階には交流ができるバー、二階にはコワーキングスペースもありノマドワーカーにもおすすめです。屋上からは綺麗な夕陽も見えました。

The staff were nice and the bathrooms were also nice (in the koenji hostel space) so was the rooftop space. Location is good too.

We didn’t get the room we thought we booked. We booked a twin room and it looks nothing like the pictures. It seems to be comprised of two hostels the old part (vestique hostel) and the new (koenji hostel). Our room was in the old part meaning our room looked out onto the hallway, the room was old, dirty, and musty, and was just totally not what we booked. Plus the staff only promoted the WiFi for the koenji hostel side which barely reached our room. We had vestique WiFi which when we asked the staff about WiFi they said they only know koenji wifi password so we had to guess until we got it (it’s just vestique all lower case). We also had towels that said vestique too so I’m really not sure what was going on - either way it was not what was advertised to us and rather disappointing.

The Vestique is a friendly, rustic, moped themed hostel, that is conveniently located near the night markets of Chiang Mai. The rates are affordable; The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Do yourself a favor and stay here while visiting Chiang Mai.
