MattiVoyage en solo · Oct 7Henkilökunta oli mukavaa, auttoivat ravintolassa laskun kanssa. Ruoka ravintolassa oli hyvää, kun illallista. Aamupala oli ookoo, mutta länsimaiset jutut puuttui, ota tämö huomioon. Sänky oli hyvä. Sijainti loistava, jos haluat vierailla isolla Buddha patsaalla.
Siisteys voisi olla parempaa, huoneessa haisi ummehtunut. Ei onneksi tarttunut vaatteisiin. Kylmät nakit aamupalalla oli outoja. Hieman liian kallis siihen mitä on tarjolla.

I was quite disappointed with the restaurant service at this hotel. I placed a food order at around 7:30 pm, and the staff member took my order. After waiting for about 45 minutes with no food or update, I went downstairs to check with the same staff member who had taken my order. It seemed that she had completely forgotten about it, and only then did she follow up on my order. In the end, I received my food approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. I understand that restaurants can be busy and some waiting time is expected, but forgetting an order altogether and not providing any update is disappointing, especially for a restaurant located within a hotel. I hope the management can improve the order-handling and communication process so this does not happen to other guests.

لا يوجد شي لم يعجبني لان بصراحة كل شي كان جيد معي ومع الاخرين
