The spot is amazing, it's a shame that they do not keep the facilities and services as the level of the complex.

Everything. When we check in no one informed us that the pool was closed. We booked this hotel mostly for the pool. We have to talked with staff which Informed us when we were about to go in. I requested a discount and they decided to cancel my reservation on Booking and did a direct booking. So now I received an email from Booking.com which said that as the hotel said that I didn't show up for check in, I should pay extra fees... I stayed there for the night after driving 2h30 from bangkok, I didn't want to fight to found something else but because of the context I didn't enjoy my stay at Nakhon Nayok...
