Une demi pension pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on pourrait attendre d'un Hilton. 1) le fait de payer une demi pension pour notre fille qui est avec nous dans les chambres. À aucun moment, il est spécifié qu'elle doit payer pour bénéficier de la demi-pension.... 2) le menu de la demi-pension n'est pas super Manger 5 fois le même menu est "Boring" comme dirait les serveuses. Je ne recommanderais pas ce type de prestation.. Juste à côté de l'hôtel, vous avez des food courts qui propose un large et meilleur menu que celui proposé par l'hôtel

1. Very late service. Takes more than 30 minutes for any service call and that too after repeated follow ups and reminders. 2. Quality of breakfast is horrible.

Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit der Zimmer – alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns auch das Abendessen im Restaurant Scalini gefallen. Das Essen dort war hervorragend und wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr sauber und gepflegt, allerdings deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise stark abgenutzt. Eine Renovierung bzw. Modernisierung der Zimmer wäre aus unserer Sicht wünschenswert.

We slept extremely well and really enjoyed our stay. - Breakfast: Excellent breakfast with a very good variety and quality. - Staff: Everyone was very attentive and professional, always willing to help. - Executive Lounge: A special mention to the Executive Lounge team, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. - Location: Excellent location, with the BTS right next to the hotel and plenty of great places to eat nearby.

CollensVoyage en solo · Sep 12De staff was enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk Het hotel zelf was spik en span schoon! Ze doen de deuren open voor je als je aankomt. Zelfs als je slechte dag hebt en je loopt op en neer naar de 7eleven die ernaast zit dan je vrolijk voor je thuis komt.
Dat ik niet langer kon blijven hahaha als het aan mij lag bleef ik nog 2 weken.
