Excellent, tout était parfait et un grand merci aux personnels.

Tout, les Wc japonais, la propreté, le staff d’une gentillesse incroyable. J’ai eu droit à un gâteau pour mon anniversaire alors que j’ai rien demandé. Tout était parfait !

My favourite hotel in Pattaya

This was my second stay at the Arden Hotel and Residence, and once again, everything was outstanding! The hotel is spotlessly clean (feeling almost brand new), the service is impeccable, and the facilities are exceptional. It really has everything you could wish for! I didn't miss having a sea view for a single moment. The view overlooking the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully relaxing. What made this stay even more special was the staff's attention to my personal request. I had asked whether it would be possible to have the same room as during my previous visit, and they went out of their way to make it happen. That kind of thoughtful service really makes a difference! I've made up my mind: whenever I come back to Pattaya, this is where I'll stay. Nowhere else!

This place is a fantastic place to stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was great. The staff was fantastic. The room was super clean every day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was closed for most of my stay, but they were redoing the grout which I understand has to be done every once in a while
