Grande chambre très propre... personnel souriant..une grande piscine... hôtel très bien situé..proche de tout à Takiap le plus beau quartier de Hua hin

L’emplacement est idéal Le personne est très aimable Piscine belle et agréable

Douche froide, qui fuit et qui est très très sale Matelas très dur (j’ai demandé à changer de chambre mais apparemment ils sont tous comme ça) Bâtiments vétustes

Very enjoyable and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at Napalai. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was a good size with good aircon. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is also good quality with a friendly owner. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would definitely stay again in future

Maybe the bathroom could be renovated slightly but not really a problem

My Thai partner and her son/daughter have stayed Napalai many times... we ALWAYS have a great experience.. and will be back later in 2026...

For the 'standard' room for 2 young Thai people.. EXCELLENT.... For what we pay for, and expect.. we got.. khorb khoon khrap Napalai

Absolutely fine

The start was ever so helpful and good food.

The rooms are a bit dated and the Aircon in both rooms we stayed in need some serious servicing.

Fantastic

Staff are all beautiful people so lovely and kind . Facilities great some days the only people around the pool. Breakfast is spot on and at a very good price. Bed very comfy and air con worked perfectly. Thank you we will be back
