We arrived at this property at around 9 p.m. and were given a room with very obvious and concerning cracks in the walls. The condition of the room raised serious concerns about its structural safety, and we did not feel comfortable sleeping there, especially with a child. The staff then offered us alternative accommodation, but it was in extremely poor hygienic condition and nowhere near an acceptable standard. As a result, at around 10 p.m., we had to find another hotel ourselves, with our young daughter, and ended up paying approximately twice as much. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude. After we left, they claimed they could not find the room key, even though they had already returned our 400-baht key deposit, which reasonably led us to believe that the matter was closed. We then received two emails demanding that we return the key and threatening legal action. What I find particularly absurd is that their main concern appeared to be a room key, while the much more serious issue was that they had offered paying guests a room in such poor condition that we did not consider it safe to stay there. A very stressful and unpleasant experience, particularly when travelling with a child. I would not recommend this property.

Gute Lage und sauberes Zimmer

Im Bad lebten etliche Tausenfüßer, die beim duschen aus den Ritzen im Boden krochen. Das Wasser in der Dusche roch stark nach Eisen und die Belüftung des Bads war ausbaufähig. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr sparsam eingerichtet und statt Schränken gab es eine Kleiderstange mit 2 Kleiderbügeln. Im Bett spürte man jede Feder und gehören ausgetauscht

Very cluttered grounds and out of date bungalow

Location was great. Very quiet

My room did not look like the pictures. Back corner of building sagging creating large cracks in wall and very sloped floor Bathroom desperately needs upgrades

Very nice stay, clean and friendly staff.

Really nice stay, clean room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who works there, very helpful and went out of his way to help us with many things, thank you!
