ChristopheVoyage en couple · Oct 7L'hôtel a surtout un grand avantage c'est d'avoir sa plage directement sans passer ou traverser une route. La plage est très propre, nettoyée tous les jours. Il y a le système des marées; donc à certaines heures il y a pas suffisament d'eau, mais cela dure peu de temps. L'hôtel en lui-même est sur plusieurs niveaux avec des escaliers. Nous avions une chambre au niveau de la plage avec une piscine privée qui est très agréable. Le personnel est très serviable tant au niveau réception, restaurant et femmes de chambre. Tous ont le sourire et veulent vous aider. La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne et savoureuse. Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, il manque quelques produits de base comme des fruits locaux (il y a pastèque, fruit du dragon etc mais pas assez à mon goût. Nous avons également essayé le service de massages qui sont chers pour la Thailande et c'est assez moyen. En général pour moi c'est un superbe hôtel et je ne manquerai pas de retourner. Merci à tout le personnel.
Il y a pas vraiment de problèmes. La seule chose à savoir; mais c'est le lieux qui est fait de la sorte c'est d'avoir beaucoup d'escaliers. Mais ils proposent un service de voiturettes qui est très bien.

En mi habitación hacia mal olor de tubería baño, todo y que pusieron gran empeño en poner ambientador y el desayuno debería tener mas opciones para clientes eu todo y que es correcto
VeronikaVoyage en couple · Sep 17absolutely everything! from the moment we came to the hotel, the staff was caring and always welcoming. everyone speaks fluent english. the rooms were clean, properly equipped. they have a wide variety of hotel activities for all ages. theres a bar at the beach thats a bit more pricey, but the drinks were amazing. you can rent a paddle board for free with the beach staff which are amazing and helpful all the time! the food was very well cooked, the taste and ingredients were fresh. breakfast was huge and the selection was suitable for every country. we came back to this hotel twice more from our stay in thailand, and definitely next time again! thank you mybeach for a memorable stay

TomerVoyage en famille · Oct 14המתקנים והצוות היו מדהימים, והמיקום נהדר. החוף יפהפה. רמת הניקיון והחדרים – פשוט מדהימים! The facilities, the staff were amazing, the location is great. The beach is beautiful. Cleanliness and rooms are amazing!!!
ב-3 מתוך 4 הלילות התעוררנו כשאנו מזיעים במיטה, למרות שהמזגן היה מכוון ל-24 מעלות; ככל הנראה הדבר נבע מהפסקות חשמל שגרמו למזגן לחזור להגדרת ברירת המחדל שלו (24 מעלות). הסברנו את המצב לפקידת הקבלה והיא שלחה איש תחזוקה לחדר לבדוק את העניין, אך התברר שלא מדובר בתקלה טכנית אלא בבעיה בהגדרות ברירת המחדל. אמנם קיבלנו משקה חינם "כפיצוי על אי-הנעימות", אך לדעתי, מאתר נופש בדירוג 5 כוכבים יש לצפות ליותר מכך. להתעורר מיוזעים ב-4 לפנות בוקר ב-3 מתוך 4 לילות – זו בהחלט לא הייתה חוויה נעימה... 3 out of four nights we woke up sweating in our bed and the air-condition set to 24° probably duo to electricity Power outage that is then reseting the aircon to its default 24°. We explained it to the receptionist and she sent a mechanical to our room to test it but it was not a mechanical issue but a default setup issue... we did get a free drink "for the inconvenience " but the way i see it i expect more than this from a 5 stars resort. Waking up sweating at 4 am for 3 out of 4 nights was not fun at all...

ما تعتبر عيوب :1- مافي اصنصير بس انا قريت هذا التعليق من قبل وكان عادي عندي لاني رياضية بس فعلا اللي عندهم مشاكل ركب او كبار في السن راح يتعبوا 2- بعيد عن المطار حوالي ساعة 3- عزل الغرف اعطيه 8/10 ما عزل كامل بس يعتبر ممتاز انا جدا حساسة للاصوات واوعى من شوي ومع ذلك نمت براااااحتي لكن اعطه 8 لانه احيانا اصوات الممر تنسمع .
