We were on the third floor and the guy at the desk was not helpful. He also barely spoke English so it was hard to get answers to our questions. The guy who replaced him was helpful.

Cleanliness of the area was not at all maintained especially the shared bathroom. I chose to stay there because of the ‘good reviews’ and how close it is to Pratunam Market. Regretted booking a room for three nights there. The lack of comfort and cleanliness made my stay unpleasant.
