Great location, nice building with swimming pool and small gym.

Excellent location. Easy to get in. Management company was very responsive. We had an issue with the bed (a spring was sticking out) and they replaced the mattress the next day. Air conditioning was very good. A Swiss restaurant is attached to the building. A tuk tuk takes you to the end of the Soi. Close to the BTS and Terminal 21 and plenty of restaurants. Cash machine on site as well.

The view overlooks a trash area. Apartment needs a deep cleaning. Not a full set of cutlery. Very cheap plates, forks and knives and only 2 or 3 of each. We asked for another pillow and we were told we would be charged for it.
