PauloinVoyage en solo · Oct 16La chambre (Exclusive pool villa) est magnifique, grande, lumineuse, la déco est super joli. L’accueil chaleureux. Les différents restaurants sont vraiment top. Le fire show est magnifique. Le cocktail gratuit pendant le coucher de soleil est une idée sympa . Les activités (boxe thaï, yoga, aquagym…) avec coach c’est vraiment pratiques et agréables. Le personnel est chaleureux.
Dommage qu’il n’y a pas assez de palmiers côté piscine et plage.

The toilet doesn’t flush very well and keeps the smell a little in the villa. Some staff members were a bit rude at the front desk; like when I was checking out and asking about the deposit plus the room charge that I paid upon checking in. I was trying to clear up my understanding of the remaining amount but the lady at the front desk was quite impatient with me and not very helpful. I had to google some stuff after leaving just to make sure I was not charged twice. All other staff members were great.

They claim to have a private beach, which is correct. The beach is secluded and good for taking nice pictures. What they don't tell you is that the beach is pretty much useless, because it is rocky and shallow. We ended up calling a bolt daily to reach Choeng Mon beach, which is good for swimming. Additionally, it is difficulty to get around because it is on a hillside. You need to call a buggy almost everywhere.

האווירה והחוויה בחדר האוכל קצת טעון שיפור, בעיקר מבחינת שירות ונוחות, האוכל טעים אבל החוויה הכוללת יחסית למלון יוקרתי לא מספקת עד הסוף.

OrenVoyage en famille · Aug 30מלון מצוין ואיכותי מאד. בריכה כיפית. חוף ים צמוד אך לא מוצלח כי הוא מאד סלעי. המלון עצום בגודלו ומחייב נסיעות מכל מקום לכל מקום - פחות נוח. הילדה שלנו חלתה במהלך השהייה וזכתה ליחס מדהים ואישי מכל צוות המלון, אפילו ממנהלת המלון - ממש חריג לטובה. מיני גולף אחלה וכיפי. חדר אוכל מצוין אבל לא ממוזג. חדרים גדולים ומפנקים מאד.
