unfortunately the room looks very different from what we expected based on the photos on Booking. The curtains was visibly dirty, and there was dead cockroaches on the floor

The staff are very accommodating and the food is great ! The breakfast is simple but very adequate for a little mountain inn! We went there in the rainy season so we had a storm that took the power out ! But they were well prepared with charged power fan and emergency lights ! Which was great !
tobyVoyage en famille · May 23Beautiful property in a secluded nature area surrounded by coffee, farms and mountains. The sound of water was beautiful from the deck area the place across the street does HTV tours of the area which was one of the best things we did on our entire trip. there is one of the world‘s longest zip lines about 30 minutes away. The property is beautiful and well maintained. These are basically high-end jungle cabins with some modern amenities. The area is very secluded, but if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and sit out in nature overlooking a creek and enjoying your coffee or reading with jungle background noise noises, this is a great place. There are a few small restaurants and cafés along the main road, but other than that, it is extremely secluded.
No complaints about the property, the owners take good care of the place and we’re always out working on the landscaping or maintaining the property. The only thing I will say is that the suspension bridges that are in a lot of the pictures are no longer there. It wasn’t a big deal, but I’m sure our four-year-old would’ve appreciated the bridges.
