Poor water pressure and loud bed, but clean with great staff

Staff was great and spoke English well. After an easy check in, I asked directions to a convenience store and they gave good and easy to understand directions. There's a beautiful looking pool, but we didn't use it. Room is clean and large. It comes with shower and hand towels, a balcony, refrigerator, and AC

The reason for my poor review was the water pressure and bed. Water pressure was extremely low and made showering nearly impossible. I'm not sure if this is due to the summer water festival or that the room is on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable, but squeaked so loudly that my spouse and I were awakened whenever either of us rolled over. Cigarette smell in the hallway leading to the room, so maybe our room was near smoking rooms. The TV is one of those large bodied ones from the '90s, but we didn't try it so maybe it works well enough.
