No space in room but convenient location

Good location as only a few minutes walk to the main beach. However not enough room inside the actual room. My partner even struggled to have room to pray because there's zero floor space and no where to put your luggage and clothes. Also its right next to the temple and every night I got woken up by banging from the temple. The bed was comfortable tho and the room was clean and nice clean bathroom too. Didn't really see the owner but if I needed anything they got a maid to clean etc.

A true Ko Samet gem!

Excellent property with a very unusual setup. The space is barely bigger then its king size ved but comes with all the basics, is very clean and everything works. The bed was excellent, shower as well and the basic living setup of fridge, hot water pot and TV provided all we needed for a 2 night stay. There is even a hair drier - all of this for 1,500 baht for 2 nights! Located on a very quiet road in the center of Ko Samet, we didn't need to rent a motorcycle and could walk everywhere. The beach is a few minutes away and so are restaurants and several 7-11s.

The staff is excellent, answers the phone every time and is not interested in small talk - this was great for us but some people could see it as a lack of hospitality warmth.
