Great location, close to bus station and Chiangdao spring

Honestly, quite a lot. I usually don’t give low ratings, but I booked three nights and ended up staying only one. There were too many geckos around the property, including on the walls, and the toilet is located outside the room. If you leave the door open, they can easily get inside. The room itself is actually more like a cabin—quite dark, with very thin walls. Throughout the night, I could hear small animals scratching or bumping against the walls, which made it impossible for me to sleep. There are also very few restaurants nearby, and Chiang Dao is a quiet town where most restaurants close early. If you arrive at night, this is something you should take into consideration. As a result, I spent a night without proper food or sleep. The next day, I explained the situation to the owner and requested a refund for the remaining nights. He agreed and told me to submit the request through Booking.com. However, after that, I was unable to contact either him or Booking.com’s customer support. I also tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but received no response. Even after two months, I still have not received my refund.

Simple room for a good price. The staff are easy going here and I rented a scooter here for a good price, they gave me a small discount cause I was staying here.

For the price, a decent stay for one night.. location close to the bus station.

Very basic, better not to promote a free breakfast, because it is worst artificial jam and some toast and bananas... Shared bathroom is not mantained.. no linen for the bed covers.. very hard matrace.. according to the price!
