DianaVoyage en couple · Jan 21Sehr freundlicher Empfang, vom überaus freundliche Personal…

NaheedVoyage en solo · Jun 30It was unclear when I booked ‚the residence‘ on your website that it’s not a part of the hotel, which means NO SERVICES. This is such a huge disappointment. The pipes were visible in the bathroom, the jacuzzi bubbles were automatically running in front of my apartment from 8-5… loud and annoying. All in all, way below standard. There’s nobody to contact in case of issues as the hotel reception kept saying the residence is not a part of the hotel and couldn’t/wouldn‘t help. The only helpful person was the hotel shuttle gentleman who kindly agreed to drive me to the Sheraton 2 times as I was attending wedding events there.
