While it’s not directly next to the BTS, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus that makes getting around easy. Rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and refined. The real standout is the Let’s Relax Spa & Onsen on the wellness floor. The Japanese-style onsen features hot and cold baths, steam rooms, and a peaceful ambiance that melts away stress. I tried the aromatherapy massage and left feeling completely refreshed. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a comfortable atmosphere and a well-stocked minibar. If I had to mention two things that could be improved, it would be the opening hours of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. They close far too early, which makes it hard to use them after a day of exploring. Second the pillows weren’t that comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a hotel I would recommend!

We had an outstanding four-night stay at Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish—staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. Our one-bedroom corner suite was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered an amazing city view that made the experience unforgettable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The location is excellent, and every detail of our stay was seamless. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely stay here again!
