Bien · sur 1 877 avisRésumé par IAOverall very positive for short/overnight stays due to proximity, comfort and value; many guests explicitly recommend it for airport layovers and early flights.
Propreté6,8
Mixed reports: many guests found rooms clean, but there are notable negative incidents (left-over items, poor room turnover, one guest complained of unclean bathroom and items from previous guest).Service7,2
Mixed service: several mentions of friendly, helpful staff and timely airport transfers, but also multiple comments about lack of enthusiasm, unfriendly reception, missing information at arrival and unexpected charges.Emplacement9,4
Consistently praised as extremely convenient and very close to the airport; many reviewers highlighted the location as the main advantage.Chambre7,0
Generally comfortable beds and stylish rooms for the price, but issues include noise from doors/corridor, some worn or hard beds, and at least one major booking/room-type mismatch.Équipements8,0
Good amenities for a quick stay: pool widely praised and transfers often included; however the gym had broken equipment and some limitations (e.g., only one umbrella in a room).Rapport qualité-prix8,2
Many guests called this a great value for an overnight stay by the airport, though a few reported price discrepancies and unexpected extra charges.Restauration5,8
Weaker area: breakfast is often noted positively, but several strong negative reports about the restaurant (poor quality, early closing times) and at least one report of food poisoning reduce this score.

I paid for breakfast but was leaving early so wasn’t able to attend the sit down breakfast, I was told I could have it for takeaway though. When the morning came other takeaway food bags were prepared but not mine. They didn’t really seem to care and didn’t give me any breakfast for takeaway even though I paid. I wasn’t refunded so that was a bit disappointing, it was only 10 dollars or so but I paid and didn’t receive anything.
Org JVoyage en couple · Sep 2We really loved the aviation theme. The hotel is really nicely laid out to the theme and we loved all the small details relating to flying. The staff were very friendly and the food in the evening were delicious. The breakfast was also very good. We got a pool access room and really enjoyed the almost lukewarm pool water that only Thailand can give. The Airport shuttle were already waiting for us when we needed to leave. I loved the punctuality.
There were white splashes on the mirror which looked like someone brushed their teeth before our visit and it was not cleaned. The rest of the room were clean so it might have been a once of oversight from the staff??
TerriVoyage en solo · Aug 31Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a wide variety to choose from for dinner/ lunch and the meals we had were nice. A good option if it's just a quick stop before or after the airport without expecting lazing by the pool.
The included breakfast was average with cold omelettes and fried eggs sitting on a plate and not alot of choice. The pool was nice but could have done with a clean. The pool seating area was right next to a swampy block of land and was very smelly. The few cushions that were out had obviously been left for awhile and were mouldy.
محمودVoyage en couple · Aug 21The calmness of the hotel , clean facility & quick response of the staff to the customer needs.
