Le manque d'équipements.
PatcharawatVoyage en famille · Jun 16Staff was helpful and had good interaction with guest. I requested more pillows and staff brought them to my room just a few minutes after the request. Then, I forgot my key card and the staff members were very helpful. One of the staff assisted me to access to lift and help open my room. This was very impressive.

It’s quite near the main road, very noisy and loud at night because of many cars
GavinVoyage en solo · May 15We told to take a seat and wait but they didn't explain they expected is to wait for an hour and a half until 2 pm after we asked to check in early it wasn't until I went up the third time they said they wouldn't check us in until 2 pm. We could have gone and had lunch. I cancelled and went to a far better hotel I understand that the check-in time was 2 pm but during the first conversation they could have explained they had nothing available until 2 pm instead of telling us to sit and wait and not saying this until the third discussion.

RobertVoyage en couple · Jan 8Area was good. A few bus stops from the BTS.
Staff didn't seem to happy to be working there, difficult for them to smile. Had to ask for water to drink, first time I had to ask after 13 years visiting Thailand. Bathroom wasn't clean. Lots of hair around. No place to sit outside except beside a cigarette pit.

JesperVoyage en couple · Feb 23Fint værelse med køleskab. Behagelig seng. Fint badeværelse
Airconen var ikke så god. Meget trafikstøj, selvom jeg havde et værelse der vente væk fra vejen.
