Wir wurden mitten in der Nacht rausgeworfen und auf die Straße gesetzt. Ein guter Aufenthalt war es aufjedenfall nicht.

Betreff: ABSOLUTER NOTFALL – Dringende Eskalation wegen illegaler Pass-Einbehaltung, Erpressung, Nötigung, unberechtigtem Rausschmiss um Mitternacht und unterlassener Hilfeleistung durch die lokale Polizei in Bangkok Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich wende mich mit einer existenziellen und dringenden Notfallbeschwerde an Sie bezüglich meiner Buchung in Bangkok mit Anreise am 12-14. Juli. Wir wurden in dieser Unterkunft vom Inhaber psychisch bedroht, massiv erpresst, mitten in der Nacht auf die Straße gesetzt und schließlich mit herbeigerufenen Polizeibeamten konfrontiert, die tatenlos zugesehen haben. Da der Vorfall nun darin gipfelte, dass wir die gesamte Nacht schutzlos auf der Straße verbringen mussten, fordere ich eine sofortige rechtliche und finanzielle Aufarbeitung durch Booking.com sowie die dauerhafte Löschung dieses Partners. Wir hatten uns gezielt für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es preisgünstig war und eine perfekte Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Airport Rail Link Schnellbahnlinie zum Flughafen bot. Da wir unsere Weiterreise exakt durchgeplant hatten und ursprünglich um 05:00 Uhr morgens auschecken wollten, war dies die ideale Logistik, um pro Person für nur 40 Baht den morgendlichen Verkehrsstau in Bangkok sicher zu umgehen und günstig zum Flughafen zu fahren. Der Albtraum begann jedoch bereits bei unserer Ankunft am 12.Juli, als wir sehr spät abends und vollkommen erschöpft im Hotel eintrafen. Anstatt eines normalen Check-ins wurden wir vom Inhaber sofort unvermittelt, lautstark und hochgradig aggressiv angeschrien. Da wir extrem müde waren und die Situation nicht weiter eskalieren lassen wollten, haben wir sein unverschämtes Verhalten zunächst über uns ergehen lassen. Direkt im Anschluss forderte der Inhaber unüblicherweise meinen Original-Reisepass sowie einen Betrag von 200 Baht in bar. Da wir fest davon ausgingen, dass es sich hierbei um eine normale Zimmerkaution (Deposit) handelte, händigten wir ihm das Dokument und das Bargeld arglos aus.

Fully refund, I didn't stay at guest house

I didn't stay at the hotel, once I arrived there they don't have any single room for me. I need fully refund for my booking.

The gentleman ask to stay together with others ladies cause they did mistake regarding room reservation. Some of guests did not check out yet and they forget to block online booking.

Worst experience in the budget hotel

1. Low budget accommodation. 2. Near to metro station and shopping malls. 3. Room size was small which was expected comparing to the price.

1. The google map location and actual location was not same. Had to do back and forth for a couple of time with my heavy luggages to find the location. 2. There was no reception. There is a calling bell in the stair only. After pressing the bell, you will need to wait in the stairs for couple of minutes. There is no standing facility in the staircase. It was very difficult for me to stand there for a longer time with my heavy luggages. 3. Not welcoming. They dont like to talk to the guests. 4. Behaviour was very poor. Literally shouted at me just because I asked for the AC remote. There is a fixed remote behind the TV which I could not find. 5. After check-out, they don’t let to put the luggage for more than an hour. So, becareful if you are planning to check out in the morning and keep them for a longer time and freely hangout. 6. There was bad smell coming out of the toilet.
