1) I was unable to pay my bill with a credit card without paying extra charges. 2) There was too many notices about threatening that if you did this or that you would incur a fine. 3) There was no carpets on the floor anywhere thus it was sometimes very noisy. 4) The place felt like it was an institution rather than a hotel.

We had booked double rooms for each individual. However, the staff initially requested an additional payment for a guest. Once we explained that the payment for double rooms had already been made, they accepted our explanation.

Everything was horrible

The cleanliness of the room need to improve because they only change the beddings everyday but they didn't clean the toilet that's why there is a small cockroach. Our room is the last room in the 3rd floor where near to their storage of rug , we can get the rug smell.
