ShaeViaggio in solitaria · Oct 13We didn’t complete our stay. We were given a chance to change our dates and the property changed them to different dates not the ones we chose so we couldn’t complete our stay we lost our money and don’t get the chance to stay. Just took our money and changed dates to there own. Terrible and very disappointing.

I really appreciated the service at the hotel- it was really first-rate. All the staff were very attentive and polite, responsive to my preferences and quick to act. I specifically would like to thank Nuck, Tamilk, and Bank, who helped me on my first day of my stay♥️♥️♥️
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Kevin GRO Supervisor, who made my stay truly exceptional. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail, kindness, and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. The entire team was courteous, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again!
