Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable

I loved the whole place! The roof top pool was amazing, with the little sitting areas in the pool. The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had and literally changed each day. Eggs cooked on request how you like (totally recommend Eggs Benedict! ) Laundry done at a reasonable price! (Per kilo). Sun the owner will literally be at breakfast each morning greeting you with a smile and checking everything is ok (you don't see this done by many owners). Drinks even made to how you like! A younger fella at pool bar does a mean frozen strawberry daiquiri! For my birthday I came home to the bed decorated and a cake in the fridge for me ❤️ I honestly wish I was still there!!

Nothing, I can't write anything I didn't like. If I had to be picky, maybe some firmer pillow choices. Or more light in the bathroom to put my mascara on. I told you I'm being picky to find things I didn't like and you can't even call them dislikes.

The beds and the rooms were good and so was the breakfast. Very helpful staff. The massage at the location was very very good . Totally recommend it even if you stay at any other hotel in the vicinity.

One of the bedroom aircon wasn’t cooling which we felt they could have checked and rectified the problem before hand. Eventually they changed the aircon.

The view from the pool was incredible! It was also really clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were phenomenal - so helpful and friendly. The location was a little out of town, but only a short walk and it was nice to be up on the hill with great views of both the ocean and mountain. Mr Sun was a delight - so friendly and welcoming to our family!

Amenities included were very nice.

Was on top of a hill. Far away from Phuket Airport.

The staff was extremely attentive and polite, the rooms were big and comfortable, the washrooms clean and the food was excellent. The location was perfect and it was great value for money. Mr Sun was an excellent host and his team followed his lead.

We really enjoyed the rooftop pool, the view is incredible, and the waterfall has a nice extra touch with the fog. The infinity edge is also very nicely done. The entire hotel has a very nice atmosphere, the dark colors of the tiles, the flowers, it gives a very "cosy" feeling. I felt right at home, and from the lobby to the room, it was all in this style, which really fits my personal style. The food from the restaurant was really good, we ordered food to the pool, and it was both times delivered quite fast, and with great service and good taste. We also liked the cocktails, and the prices are very reasonable for everything. The breakfast buffet was also good. I didn't encounter many mosquitoes, which was a positive point as well.

The rooms are not very sound-proof, unfortunately we had a loud neighbour, or at least a neighbour that didn't sleep after midnight, and even when he was talking normally, it was loud enough to keep us up. This leads me to believe that it was the bad luck with the person, as well as the lack of sound proofing of the hotel, that gave us this experience. Fortunately there was another room in our appartment, and we moved to the other bedroom to sleep, which solved the problem. The other thing I didn't like was the fact that the pool only has 1 toilet for both men and women, and this is also a shower. That means that men and women share not only a toilet, but the toilet is also occuppied when either wants to take a shower. This is incredibly inefficient, and it made me have to take my son back to our room to use the toilet, because someone decided to take a long shower in the only toilet. I almost gave an 8 because of this, but I realize that it's a niche issue, but it certainly needs to be fixed.

Viesnīca mums ļoti patika, grezna, tīra, ar skaistu zaļu āra teritoriju, ar pasakainu baseinu uz jumta, kas strādā līdz vēlam vakaram. Istabiņu iekārtojums pasakains, gultas ērtas, vannas istabā pieejams šampūns, matu kondicionieris, dušas želeja. Uzkopšana notiek ātri, pēc pieprasījuma. Paldies komadai par to! Brokastis tik izsmalcinātas un viss tik garšīgs! Personāls tik pretimnākošs, ļoti patīkami bija šeit uzturēties un zēl bija braukt prom! Liels paldies Sun kungam!
